Matthew brings more than 15 years of experience as a founder, operator and business leader. He understands what it is like to introduce structure and new ways of working inside growing companies, where time is limited, priorities compete, customers are demanding and commercial results still need to be delivered.

In addition to having built and run AI-powered SaaS startups, Matthew has also been Marketing Director for two of the world's largest professional exhibitions (Accountex and Legalex), and in the early stages of his career, ran a niche digital PR agency. That breadth of commercial experience shapes how he helps organisations design and implement management systems that are proportionate, effective and capable of supporting certification where required.

Matthew has also been mentored closely by Dr. Nigel Croft, benefiting from his extensive experience at the forefront of international management systems standards.

That partnership is why CroftSpurr Management Solutions exists. After 15 years spent building and leading businesses, Matthew wanted to use that experience to help other organisations introduce systems that improve how they operate, strengthen resilience and support responsible growth.
